And then he wants to know if the requirements of the working men only. - are. to be consulted ? Alay I ask is not a working man- as good he any day,, though he 'doesi carry his head high. Perhaps if all were known (and they miiy some day), he will have a come down. : It is like his impudence to write' aboul; "'drunken bushmen, &c."
