NOTICE is hereby given that m accordance with Sections 49 and 50 of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, that the Manawatu Road Board propose to construct the Road known as No. 4 Line, Fitzherbert, and that the estimated cost of the part for which a special rate over certain properties m the Fitzherbert Riding is now required is £700. The yearly payment required to be ra-acle thereon is £63, and the amount of special rate required to meet such payment is 3d m the £ annually on the rateable value of the following sections m the Fiizherbeit Riding, viz. :— - --17 6,177, 174, 175, 256, 260, 262, •••. 264, 268, 283, 284, 277, 279, 282, 280, 28,1, 281a, 275, 275a, 276, 274y 263, 263a.
