THE MISSING SUPPLEMENTS.
Messrs Levin <fc Co., our Wellington agents, telegmphed us as follows to-day: —"Regret to say no tidings of su[»p|emeht yet. \A\m writing about them." W6 presume'we will now have to wait patiently until the parcel turns up. Meantime we are advised of the second parcel being on the road, having been shipped on the 1 4th inst. The delay is extremely annoying, though at the same time we are partially making up for their non-issue by giving extra reading matter every diy/ During this week we have given fifteen columns m excess of the quantity given by our local cci temporary! Advices received from the publishers last night lead ua to suppose that the first parcel was shipped on the 20th December, and m ordinary course' should have been here by New Year as arrarigjedi* J ;
