Indignation Meeting.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Woodtille, This Day. The Government is practically stopping the prosecution of surveys on the YtboivillkiNapier' and "W"oodville-\fas-terton lines. Mr Holmes, who is m charge of the former, has been ! ordered to /Paranaki, and the work here has ceased ; and Dan ; Rossi, m charge, of the party m the forty-mile bush, 'bias also been ordered thither, it is understood with, view a to prosecuting the survey of the line between New Plymouth and Auckland. Steps are being taken to hold an indignation meeting.
