Evacuation by the Forces.
(by electric telegraph — copyright) (reuter'b telegrams.) London, January 16. In the course of a ppeech at Newcastle last night the Right Hon. Joseph Ch&niberlain alluded to the occupation of Egypt by the British fovce,and stated thnt the withdrawal of troops had only been delayed by the revolt m Soudan, and that the Government still adverted to the proposed eventual evacuation of Egypt as previously announced.
