Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day : — Wind between north-west and southwest at all places north of Napier, and south- east at all other places. Barometer — A further rise at all places south of Oaraaruj further fall at all other places, but rising within ten hours at all places south of Nupier and New Plymouth, and later m the north. The sea is unusually heavy on the west and east coa&t. Warnings for gales, as above indicated, have been sent to all stations.
