Rival gatherings of Paruellitos and Orangemen,having been announced to be held at Blacklion County Cavan, Ireland, a proclamation has been issued by the Executive prohibiting the proposed meeting, and a force of 1 1000 of troops is held m readiness with a view preventing possible disturbances.
