Dunedin, January 6, Dr Caugbtree was going down the PprtobeHo Road m a buj?j»y on Saturday ni^ht, when he came upon a dtay with the horses standing still m the middle oi the road. ; On elimination he fonnd the body of a man lying under the the drr.y with one wheel upon the throat. The body -was that of Aldx Mclntoah, who Wftß serving with Hugh McLean. An inquest will be held tomorrow.- ''• :|:
