Burglary. Drowning m Lake Rotorua. «SY TELEGRAPH.) ' ;(PKB UNITED PnESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, December 31. A house of Mr Knight, a fruiterer, Newton, was broken into. A cash-box, containing £41 and also a watch chain and other articles, making a total value of £91 were stolen. The burglar entered through the back window and tooft We cash "box from the room m which Knight was fast asleep. David Hay, of Mount Hellier Nursery, a very old settler is dead. Alexander Duncan, a man m the Government employ at Sulphur Point, was found drowned m Lake Tfcotorua.
