A resident of Ferguson -street has a young dog which he keeps chained iip. :In the adjoining house is kept an i older dog, which; obtains more freedom and often takes its walks abroad. The two animals would ;appear to have laid their heads together* with the result that when the elder ; wants the cbm : panjon&hip of the youngerj he takes 1 hold of his collar with his teeth and drags, it over his head . This -he ' r has been watched doing . several timps. Truth will not permit us to say that he replaces it, but that he takes it off can be proved by the testimony of several ' 'persons who have watched with much ' interest the operation.
