NOTICE is hereby given that itis proposed by ihe Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the Manawatu County, to execute a certain Public Work under the Provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1882," to wit : !he construction of a County road through certain blocks of land known as blocks I and V, situated m the Kiarianga survey district, m t&e Provincial District of Wellington, the land to be taken being part of the fection No 346, m the said survey district, and also through blocks No. V and VIII m the Kiaranga and Tc Kawa survey districts, m the said Provincial Dis trict, the land to be taken being another portion of the said section No 346, and for the purposes of such Public Works, the land described m the schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given, that a copy of the said road and of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the Public Post Office, Awahuri, m the County aforesaid, and it w there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hoiirs.
