' No entry will be received tor any Race except upon this condition, — That all Disputes Claims and objections aaising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those wh m they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All Entries to he sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North : Entrance Money enclosed with name, age at the time c fen try, pedigree, and iv the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name ot the owner, and colours of the rider.
