Ail London is plateMed with " ? Hopi Bitters " advertiseniefita just now. This may not at first sight appear a fact worth retailing to you colonists, but it will serve as introductory to a little story. which made me laugh/ consumedly' as the Y-ankees Bay. A Christian used to travel the American continent, and everywhere he went ' 'her posted large bills bearing the words ' Prepare to meet ; thy ■> God ? An enterprising IrAvfller for the flop Biers Company was travelling! -the same way j, only m the rear of the Christian, wbqSQ/' t bill h,e doypredwi.il} Ijiav own, * Drink 'Hop, Bitters and. H^t. T'other . chap got to. hear of this and! 'day fallow for ''£'. few days m order to let lihe'Hbp Bitters man get on ahead. Then he followed and pasted his 'bill, so' tiiat.it read 'Daink Hop Bitters and Prepare to meet thy God.'
