No entry will be received for any Race except upon this condition, — Thafc all Disputes Claims- and objections aaising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whim they may "appoint. Their decision on all-points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North : Entrance Money enclosed with name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, and iv the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours en* tered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the .same owner) a distinguishing colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half-boar before starting. Any person neglectiug or refusing to comply. with this rule -shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fuud. All races to be run under the .^V'J.C. Rales. ; Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. - ; i jS.-o horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified.
