A meeting of the sub-committee was teld yesterday. Present — Messrs CJayerhilt Haukins, V. Monrad, and Ferguson. It was etated that most of the applications for shares had been paid, but a : few were still unpaid. The registration cannot take place until all had been ,'paid. '.'-•: : ~'.,'J : ,ir ■■''.■■. It was arranged that a meeting of Provisional Directors be held next Wednesday, when it was necessary that; every share applied for should be
paid, so that the Company might be registered without further delay. The draft of the Articles of Association is now being prepared, which will be submitted for the approval of the meeting of Provisional Directors next Wednesday. ;
