No entry will beireceived for any Race except upon this condition, — That; all Disputes Claims.' anji_ objections arising put of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards* present, or those whom they may appoint. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that efiect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half-boar before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule, shall pay a fine of 6 soys. to the Rape Fund. All races to be run under the WvF.C. Rules.
