No entry will be received for any Race except upon this condition, — That all Disputes Claims and objections aaisicg out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards or those wlr m they, ; may appoint. Their decision on all points couaected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston Nurth : Entrance Money enclosed with name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, and m the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name ot the owner, and colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours en« tered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a distinguishing colour must bo worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give , notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of scales one half-honr before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a five of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. Ail races to be run under the W-J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. . -.... >o horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
