MISCELLANEOUS.
The engineer of the Manawatu County Council invites tenders for the supply of 10,000 totara sleepers, to be delivered at certain alternative places specified in the advertisement. Mr James Linton advertises a farm to let close to Bunnythorpe station, and another for sale near Palmerston. Mr H. Wollerman's notice interference to opening his new premises in the Square will be found m our advertising columns. William Dixon, painter and decorator, has a business notice elsewhere. Mr T. Lowes, of the Otangaki Hotel, is advertising for a lost horse. The lessee of the Commercial Hotel stables draws attention to the increased accommodation now afforded, and of the convenience he has provided for the use of travellers in the shape of horses and vehicles, paddocks &c.
