The Ulster Orangemen are massing m large numbers at Dungannon, County Tyrone, with the avowed intention of preventing the meetings which the followers of Parnell propose to hold there. It is feared a collision will take place between the two factions and a strong force of military has been quartered m the town m case a riot should occur.
