Ko entry will 'be received for any Race except upon*his condition,---Than all Disputes Claims and objections aaisicg out of the racing shall be ducided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those Whom they may, appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North : Entrance Money enclosed with name, age at the time bf entry, pedigree, and vh : -the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name of th? owner, and colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses' start (the property of the same owner) a distinguishing colour must be worn. Any person neglecting or refusing io comply with this rule shall pay a five of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races. to be run under the W-J.C. Rules.
