Entrances and Ac ceptances close on Saturday, December 15th, at 8 p.uu RULES AND REGULATIONS.^ No entry will be received for any Race except upon this condition,— -That all Disputes Claims and objections aaising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of, the present, or those whom they may 'ap--point. " All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of scales one half^bour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Rabe Fund. x - All races to be run under the W'J.O. Rules.
