The shock was felt most distinctly m, the city, of Gonlburn. A crowded and euthusiastic meeting was held m the Town Hall m this city this evening for the purpose, of'considering the recent action for libel and contempt of Court m which the proprietors of the Sydney Morning Herald were condemned to pay heavy damages. Resolutions requesting the Legislative to amend the existings laws of 'libel and contempt of Court were carried. r
