The application made by the Palmerston Brewery Company for an extension of temporarary transfer to J. Davis was heard and considerable discussion took place between the counsel. for. the appli" cants, Mr Perkins and MrJ.H. Hankins who appeared, for the Trustee, Mr •Haultain. The Trustee objected to the extension being' gran ted to the Brewery Company. - The Committee, after some deliberation; decided to grant the application under 1 certain .conditions viz., Ist.
