NOTICE IS~HEREBY GIVEN m accordance with Sections 49 and 50 of " Ihe Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882/' that the Orona County Council propose to construct the road known ss the Stoney Creek Road from its junction with the Palmerston-Napier Road to Bunnythorpe, and. that the estimated cost of the parts for which a special rate over certain properties m the Taonui Riding is now required is £1440. The yearly payment required to be made thereon is £37 10s, and the amount of special rate required to meet such payment is one and oue- tenth of a penny m the £ annually, on the rateable value of the following sections m the Taonui Riding, viz., 12 to 17, 86 to 47, 409 to §08, 1527 to 1531, 1487 to, 1565. .
