TO OUR COUNTRY READERS.

During next week we hope to have our arrangements complete for reverting to our daily country delivery all over the district, the same as during last summer. For tbis purpose a special country edition will go to press at noon. This will be available for our Foxton subscribers, and will be delivered m that township between 8 and 4 p.m. every afternoon. The Foxton line will also be delivered ; daily. The Ashurst parcel will go -up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays by Nelson's coach, and will be distributed by our mounted ran* ncr stationed there on its arrival. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the Ashurst parcel will be sent on by our Stoney Creek runner, the two lads meeting on the road, and on Fridays it will go up by the Masterton coach. Tbe Rangitikei Line Tunner will meet the one that delivers through Bunny thorpe, and on the, Awahuri road, so that our subscribers m even the remote districts will have Iheir newspaper m their homes every evening. Our total distributing st»fi m the country districts /will then be seven mounted runners daily on their rounds, irrespective of the town and suburban circulation. The Standard is also delivered da'ly ' m Halcombe and Woodville. It has taken some trouble to arrange, and will necessitate considerable .expense to maintain tbe distribution programme, which we hope to see started next week, and which we trust we will be able to keep up while the weather will, permit. We hope our country readers will appreciate the efforts we put forth to secure for them that great desideratum, punctual and early delivery of their daily news sheet.
