OROUA COUNTY COUNCIL. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN jlH' m accordance with Sections 49 and 50 of " The Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882,'' that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Stoney Creek Road from its i unction with the PalmerSton-Napier Road to Bunnythorpe, and that the estimated cost of the parts for which a special rate over certain properties m the Taonui Riding is now required is £1440. The yearly payment required to be made I hereon is -537 10s, and the amount of special rate required to meet such payment is one and oue- tenth of a penny m the £ annually, on the tateable value of the following sections m the Taonui Riding, viz., 12 to 17, 36 to 47, 499 to 508, 1527 to 1531, 1487 to 1505.
