Adulteration Prevention, — TheAduU j teration Prevention Act Amendment , Bill was recommitted for consideration of new clauses. Many district railway companies had been unable to complete their original line for want of capital, and until the whole was finished they could not come on the district properties for the rate originally agreed to. This Bill would meet cases where only part of the. line had beeu^finished, and yet some benefit had been con~ l ferred on the district. T_e Bill would also remedy a difficulty created unexpectedly by railway legislation which was paßsed last year.
