The Spanish Government has demanded the expulsion frcm France of the Guerilla tio >ps who fled across after tbeir recent futile attempt to raise a rebellion. The French Government has, however, put difficulties m the way of extradition of the rebels and diplomatic relations between the two countries are m consequence somewhat strained at the present time.
