The Penguia has arrived from Fiji, and brings a letter from the Health Officer at Levuka to the Health Officer at Auckland, which reports that there is no sickness at either SuvaorLetuka, nor had any cases arisen from the quarantined immigrants by the ship Foonah. He complains of the action ot the i> ew Zealand and Australian Go* vernments m declaring Fijian ports infected. '
