The meeting which had been arranged between Emparor William and Emperor Francis Joseph, will take place at Ischl m Upper Austria, and not Gastein as first announced. St. Petersborogh, August 8. A bomb was exploded to-day m a street m this city,' but although there were numbers ot people about at the time, no one was injured. The perpetrator of the outrage was not 'detected.
