Smith, who is bound for Sydney, denies his identity, and his manner yesterday was moat violent. St. Petersburg, August 4. Telegrams are to hand from Ekaterinoslawa, a town m Southern Russia, reporting a serious anti Jewish tumult*^ there. The military were called ont to quell the disturbance. Ten rioters were killed, and thirteen seriously wounded.
