SPREAD RAPIDLY DECREASING. REPORTED OUTBREAK IN LONDON DOCKS DENIED. (by elbctric telectr&ph.-oopyrictht.) (rbuter's telegrams.) GaibOi July 28. A rapid decrease m the daily number of deaths from cholera is reported, and it is hoped that the epidemic has been got under control. LoNrKHj, July 28. fhe report that a case of cholera had occurred at the dooks has been ascertained to be without: foundation.
