Belmont has bsen scratched for the .Melbourne Cup. Brisbane, July 12. Iv the Legislative Assembly last night the Appropriation Bill for JESOO* 000 was passed through all stages. The session is now virtually closed, and the dissolution is nxpected to he proclaimed immediately.
