Passed Away.

The friends of Mr and Mrs Walton will r<?gret to hear of the death of their little daughter, Lucy, an interesting child aged seven years, who passed away after three weeks' illness, at 2 o,clock this morning. The fatal disease is said to have been some affection of the membrane of the brain. Is is a melancholy coincidence, that the little one died on tbe day and almost the hour of the anniversary of her birth. Her bereaved parents are plunged m grief, and will have the sympathy of many who, like ourselves, have been called upon to miss " the touch of a vanished hand and the sound of a voice that's stilL" It will yield comfort to them m their great sorrowing to reflect* that, In the great Cloister's seclusion By guardian Angels led ; Cleansed from earth's pollution — . She lives whom they call dead.
