ON TUESDAY, thfl lOfch of July, applications will be received at the Land Office, Wellington, and at tbe •Masterton Institute, for fifteen sections, situate m the Kopuaranga Survey District on Deferred Payments ; and on THURSDAY, the 12th July, at 11 o'clock m the Forenoon, at the Institute, Masterton, 79 sections Bituate m tbe Kopuaranga, Miki Miki, Manirapakeha, Puketoi, Aohanga, Kaiwaka, Rewa, and Wainuioru, will be offered for Cash at Public Auction ; also; seven sections on Deferred Payments (forfdted) Bituate m the Mangaone and Mangahao Survey Districts. Terms of Payment.— With the applications tor Deterred Payment Sections, one twentieth ot the upset price must be ,j paid m Cash or by Bank Draft, the bal- j ance of the purchase money m haltyearly instalments extending over ten years j this will also apply to the Deferred Payment Sections to be offered at public auction.
