At each service there was a large attendance, curiosity exidently inoucing many to attend in ' an r ticipation of something sensational occmring, but t bey were doomed to disappointment.' l Three men at eleven o'clock' 'drill who wdre intoxicated became disorderly and were ordered hyj the police to withdraw. Two or them persisting m using bad language outside the theatre were handcuffed, after resistance, and lodged m the lockup. The proceedings othewise were tame.
