The Biy of Plenty Times hears that Mr 6. liobertson, coach proprietor, has commenced an action against the Tau« ranga County Council for the loss of his horses and baggy at Waihi, Value £200 and damages to the amount of £300, making a total claim of £500. Counsel has been retained m Auckland. Mr A. W. Bronvfield ia solicitor for the plantiff.
