Wilson, M;fi[.fe. has had votes ■. of thanks and confidence both at Karon and Jbhnsonville, at each of which places he addressed meetings of his constituents, and was accorded a very hearty reception. His address! was a clear, practical account of the history of the session, and gave an insight into the working of certain new Acts passed. The electors have reason to.feel satisfied twith the choice they made, as by reposing confidence m any needy, conceited, empty-headed up« start who chose to come forward, they would have seriously damaged their ! reputation as an intelligent and discreet constituency. i
