PUBLIC NOTICK is hereby given that the Manchester Road Board proposes to construct the following roads, or part thereof within the Manchester Road District, under the provision of the Roads and Bridges Conn etruction Act, 1882, relating to uistrict Roads, viz. :— 1. Wbibley's, Mangaone Junction, Valley »nd Midland, Wilson's, Ulysses, Jones, Makara, Bonny* thorpe, * pur and Taonui Roads. The PBtime.ted cost thereof is 418,088 .2 MA' 2. The amount of payment required on the above is £1623 annually for fifteen years, and the amount of special rate required to meet this is one and one sixth of a penny m the^pound on^the^ rateable value of property within the Manchester Hoad Board District. 3. BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, iound ■ running at large, shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit, and pay any sum not exceeding £2; = and not less than "10s, for-every-pig or gout so found running at large, to be recovered m the manner provided by the 208 th section of the , Counties Act, 1876.
