He (tbe Premier) further states that the 60---vetnment will propose to the Assembly that piovision be made for a Minister oj Agriculture. Mr Bowbok has been
appointed ,to impart instruction m reference to the manufacture of cheese, butter, and bacon, and is now at work. The appointment of an inspector to "grade" wheat exported appears at present premature. A Bill dealing with the bankruptcy, &as been prepared, and ~will> be introduced early m the session. , ..
