While uncoupling a waggon which was being shunted on to the Buxton siding on the northern line on Saturday, a yovng man named Jnp. Tomlinson, got thrown down m such a way that the boot was torn off from one foot, and one of his knees severely jammed. Yesterday afternoon. it was found necessary to amputate the 1 leg at the thigh, and the poor fellow sank and died last night,
