PUBLIC NOTICHJ is hereby given that the Manchester Road Board proposes to construct the following 'roads, or part thereof within the Manchester Road District; tinder the provision of the Roads, and Bridges Conn struetion Apt, 1882,. relating to District Roads, viz. :• — 1 . Whibley's, Mangaonp, Junction, Valley arid Midland,; Wilson's, Ulysses, Jones, Makara, Bunny- ' thorpe, !*pur and Taonul Roads. Thei 'estimated cost thereof is ; £18,033 2s 6Ji. 12. The amount .of payment required on | the above is ,£1623 annually for fifteen years, and the amount of special rate required to meet this is one and one sixth of a penny m the pound on the rateable value of ;><•• property within the Manchester .Road Board [District. 3. That the bye-law relating to Goats and' Pigs running at large, be 1 adopted, and steps be taken to have them gazetted m accordance with law. ; BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, iound running at large, shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, npon conviction, forfeit, and pay any sum not exceeding £2, and not less than 10s, for every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered m the manner pro- ... . vided by the ■ 208 th section of the Counties Act, 1876.
