' BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, lonnd running at large, shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfe t, and pay any sum not exceeding £2, and not lesß than 10s, for every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered m the manner provided by the 208 th section of the !
