The third summons issued against Mr Malcolm, as a partner of Gillett Brothere and Co., for a claim of LlO 6s by Bannatyne and Co., proved to be is proper form and duly served, on I being decided at the U.M. Court on Thursdaj. Mr Malcolm had responded to iit by confessin? the debt, but asking that the judgment should be against the firm.
