"VTOTICE IB HEREBY GIVEN JAI that at a Special Meeting held on May Ist, 1883, the following resolution was passed : — That the bye-law relating to Goats and Pigs running at large, be adopted, and steps be taken to have them gazetted m accordance with law. BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, iound running at large, shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit, and pay any sum not exceeding £2 f and not less than 10s, for every pig or goat so found ronniag at large, to be recovered m. the manner provided by the 208tb section of the .
