Meeting held on May Ist. 1883^ the following resolution was passed :— That the bye-law relating to Goats arid Pigs running at large, be adopted, and steps be taken to have them gazetted m accordance with law. . BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, lound running at large, shall be deemed . guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit, and pay any sum hot exceeding £2, and 1 r riot less than 10s, for every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered m the manner provided by the 208 th section of the Counties Act, 1876. .
