The owner of any Pig or Goat, lound running at large, shall be deemed . guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit, and pay any sum hot exceeding £2, and 1 r riot less than 10s, for every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered m the manner provided by the 208 th section of the Counties Act, 1876. .
