Tbe second trial of Timothy Kelly for the murder of Lord Cavendish and Mr Burke was concluded at Dublin to* day. The jury returned a verdict o? guilty, and sentence of death was passed upon the prisoner. ' (^B Tenders for the Queensland loan of two and a half millions weie opened to-day. The total amount of tenders received wos £2,630,000. Tenders at 97 will receive 93 percent., and above m full.
