Ross & Co., of this city, report the sale of a cargo of kauri timber, ex Defiance, at the following average prices : — At per 100 ft supnr— Sawn flitches, 17s 6d ; sawn boards, lin. 16s. At per 100 ft lineal — T. and G. 'flooring, 6x £, 8s ; ditto, 4 x I£, 9s 3d.
