TIOE IS HEREBY GIVEN J3| that at a Special Meeting held on May Ist, 1883, the following resolution was passed : — That tbe bye-law relating to Goats and Pigs running at large, be adopted, and steps be taken to have . them gazetted m accordance with law. BY-LAW IV. The owner of any Pig or Goat, icund running at latge. shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon, conviction, forfet, and pay any sum not exceeding £>'2, and not less than 10s, for every pig or goat so found running at large, \ to be recovered m the manner provided by the 208 th section of the Counties Acf, 1876.
