(UNITEV P"B8S ASSOCIATION.) Wanganui, This Day, Jam*>B Bertram, passenger onboard th Huia from Wellington to Wanganui, fell overboard last night, about twenty minutes io nine, when off Mana Island. He was standing on th« bridge, leaning 1 against the rail, when be lost his balance and fell overboard. It was too xough to lower a beat, but a rope was immediately thrown out. It was of no avail, however. The deceased was a draper of Haleomba. An inquiry will probably be h°ld to-day. ;
